Requirements
- Overall 8+ years of IT experience
- 3-5 years of related professional experience, analysing business, systems, and user processes
- Strong customer and user focus, relationship management and ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.
- 3+ years of experience as a product owner
- 3+ years of experience in managing requirements for Web Application development
- 2+ years of experience with the Agile methodology
- Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance) - Preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure a teams success.
- Domain expert in business applications
- Strong accountability planning/organization, and teamwork

- Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional, or potentially controversial situations.
- Previous experience with Agile methodologies and working with a cross-functional team.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
