Role Definition
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle and serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. This role provides expertise in talent acquisition, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. The incumbent partners closely with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies that support organizational objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Implement sourcing strategies focused on attracting diverse and high-quality talent while optimizing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and leverage workforce analytics to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiencies.
- Promote employer branding initiatives and represent the organization positively in the talent marketplace.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and recruitment best practices.
Relationship Management
Knowledge of relationship management techniques and the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with business leaders, candidates, vendors, and peers.

- Influences hiring managers and business leaders through data-driven recommendations.
- Conducts regular reviews of recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
- Builds and maintains long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and external vendors.
- Creates opportunities to educate hiring teams on talent market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Mentors and empowers others to establish collaborative and productive working relationships.
Understanding of evolving market trends and the ability to respond to customer and business needs in a manner that consistently adds value.

- Identifies expressed and unexpressed business talent needs.
- Aligns recruiting strategies to critical business objectives.
- Develops methods to improve responsiveness and service delivery.
- Balances candidate quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Escalates issues that could impact stakeholder satisfaction or business outcomes.
Knowledge of selecting, implementing, and managing recruitment channels to support talent acquisition objectives.

- Utilizes multiple recruitment channels to attract top talent.
- Identifies and manages cost-effective sourcing partners and recruitment vendors.
- Evaluates recruitment channel effectiveness through analytics and hiring outcomes.
- Adheres to organizational recruitment standards and processes.
- Recommends and supports recruitment channel optimization initiatives.
Knowledge of effective candidate assessment and screening methodologies.

- Screens candidates for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
- Ensures compliance with HR policies and recruitment standards throughout the screening process.
- Oversees candidate tracking and information management within recruitment systems.
- Coaches colleagues and hiring managers on effective interviewing and evaluation techniques.
- Leverages industry best practices to enhance candidate assessment quality.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, methods, and tools to attract top talent.

- Develops and executes multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Advises business leaders on talent availability and sourcing approaches.
- Recommends enhancements to sourcing tools, technologies, and processes.
- Ensures compliance with sourcing policies and ethical recruiting practices.
- Conducts workforce and talent market research to support strategic hiring decisions.

- Coaches and mentors recruiters and hiring managers on effective hiring practices.
- Monitors industry trends and competitive talent landscapes.
Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce trends, and reporting methodologies that support informed business decisions.
Level: Working Knowledge
- Analyzes recruitment and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generates reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
- Tracks key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
- Utilizes workforce analytics tools to improve hiring outcomes.
- Identifies and escalates data quality or reporting issues.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Executive Search, or Human Resources.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, professional, and leadership hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment preferred
