Position Title: Senior Staff Accountant II

Job Location: Bangalore, KA-India

Role Summary

The Finance Sr Staff Accountant will have opportunity to champion our Global Finance Transformation by supporting our Accountable Reporting, Business Partnering and Continuous Improvement efforts. This role will primarily support our Accountable Reporting transition to an Operations Center of Excellence and has opportunity to identify and onboard future processes.

• Support creation of Operations Center of Excellence whose focus is to provide timely, centralized support to business


• Align accountable reporting capabilities with continuous improvement activities


• Lead current state to future state process mapping for onboarding new processes


• Define metrics and KPIs to measure COE success


• Drive continuous improvement focus across organization & within COE

Skill and Requirements:

• Experience in organizational transformations


• This position requires a high level of strategic analysis, problem solving, business acumen and governance background


• The incumbent must have experience working in a global environment and have a global mentality


• The position typically requires a professional degree or certification requiring several years of full-time study after a college degree


• An estimated 10+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience are typically required


• The position requires excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
