Assistant Manager Accounts

Qualification: CMA (Qualified / Semi-qualified)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage end-to-end accounting operations, treasury functions, and statutory compliance. This role requires hands-on execution across financial reporting, vendor management, and banking operations, with a strong understanding of IND AS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking & Treasury

• Manage Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners
• Handle treasury operations including fund planning, utilization, and cash flow tracking

2. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle

• Vendor onboarding, communication, and reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments

3. Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Maintain books of accounts end-to-end
• Prepare and finalize financial statements including:
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statement (CFS)
• Ensure compliance with IND AS standards

4. Compliance & Taxation

• Handle GST filings and reconciliations
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IND AS
• Must have experience in apparel manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Interpersonal Skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
