Senior Accounting Manager - Finance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination with our external consulting firm to manage all regulatory requirements in India and the US.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate with the external consulting firm to manage India and US accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
• Ensure adherence to local GAAP (IND-AS) and US GAAP financial reporting standards.
• Manage financial audits, statutory filings, and tax-related matters in collaboration with the consulting firm.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with tax and labor laws.
• Support the leadership team with financial insights, analysis, and reporting.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  

Requirements

  Get Hired
  Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and compliance, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, corporate tax, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with US GAAP and exposure to US tax regulations are a plus.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
