Job Description
- The position of Dy. Manager / Manager - Windows System Administrator is based in Mumbai and requires a candidate with a Diploma / B. E / B. Tech qualification. The age limit for this position is up to 30 years.
You should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, with knowledge in Windows, Linux, Storage, AD, and Email Exchange. Strong fundamentals in Server Clustering, Virtualization, Storage Protocol, Backup Solution, and DC & DR operation are essential. Candidates with certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, VMware, Linux, and Storage Certification will be preferred. Additionally, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are required.
User management, group Policy management, access rights permission on AD setup, AD Integration, storage administration, and backup solutions are also part of the role. Additionally, you will manage Video Conferencing Solutions, follow best IT practices for server and DB hardening, provide support for new Application Implementation, and coordinate with vendors for software tool implementation.
Other responsibilities include managing email solutions, performing patch management, conducting security audits, and ensuring system availability. You will also be involved in technology planning, identifying utilization patterns, maintaining documentation of the infrastructure setup, and managing records of licenses, AMC, agreements, and renewals.
