We are seeking a motivated Fundraising Officer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement fundraising campaigns, cultivate relationships with donors, and organize fundraising events to support our mission. You will be responsible for researching potential funding sources, writing proposals, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for our cause, and experience in non-profit fundraising. Join us in making a difference!

About the Company:

Established in 2018, The Children Educare foundation aims at Hunger Free India. Through campaigns across India, we have tried to complete the basic need of meals for families who thrive to get one for a day.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage the fundraising team at designated kiosks within the airport to raise funds for the NGO.
• Engage directly with airport visitors to generate donations by utilizing your strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Train and mentor your team to effectively engage with potential donors, ensuring they convey the organizations mission and goals with clarity and passion.
• Organize and oversee fundraising initiatives and events to boost donations, while ensuring smooth operation and coordination.
• Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring targets are met and strategize improvements where necessary.
• Encourage a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and maintaining high morale while on the job.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 year of experience in sales, fundraising, or a similar field with a demonstrated ability to lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, especially in English, to engage with airport visitors effectively.
• Graduation is must have.
• Ability to manage fundraising initiatives and communicate organizational goals clearly to donors.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced airport environment.
