Seeking a Business Development Specialist for a B2B service
Key Responsibilities.
- Proactively drive outreach via cold connects, networking & referrals.
- Conduct market mapping to target high-potential accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospect - pitch - negotiate - close.
- Craft proposals, decks, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs with a consultative lens.
- Consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Build trust with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account growth.
- Position design and product innovation as business levers.

- Experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, UX/design, IT, or consulting).
- Proven success in lead generation and deal closures.
- Excellent communication, storytelling & negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs and reporting.
- Experience with design studios or domains like BFSI, fintech, D2C.
