Job Description
- We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Java Developer with a strong expertise in Spring Boot. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and ensure that the application development aligns with business objectives and IT standards.
The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, and possess 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development, specifically with Spring Boot. You should have a strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies such as Spring MVC and Spring Data. Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture is essential for this role.
The primary skill sets required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is necessary. Knowledge of version control tools such as Git, SVN, and unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, TestNG is also essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, are highly valued.
Preferred skills for this position include experience with front-end technologies like Angular, familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
