Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our IT sales team as IT Sales Executives / Technology Advisors / Technology Sales Trainees. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their technological needs, and providing tailored IT solutions. You will play a critical role in generating leads, closing deals, and driving business growth.
This is a performance-driven role with a stipend and an incentive-based structure, ensuring that high-performing candidates are rewarded for their contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and acquire potential clients through various outreach strategies (cold calls, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, etc.).
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, suggest appropriate IT solutions, and position our services effectively.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop sales strategies, pitch IT solutions, and negotiate contracts.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with client interactions.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or cybersecurity.
Sales-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Self-motivated and proactive approach.

1. Stipend (Based on Performance Tiers)
Basic: ?5,000 per month (for 5+ leads generated, 1 deals closed)
Intermediate: ?10,000 per month (for 10+ leads generated, 1-2 deals closed)
Advanced: ?15,000 per month (for 20+ leads generated, 3+ deals closed)
2. Performance-Based Incentives
If sales revenue generated is between ?50,000 - ?1,00,000: You earn an additional 5% commission
If sales revenue generated is between ?1,00,000 - ?2,50,000: You earn an additional 7% commission
If sales revenue generated exceeds ?2,50,000: You earn an additional 10% commission
