Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Proactively source and secure new leads, driving individual bookings, small and large group reservations, and full venue buyouts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets for the events team.

Develop and present detailed event proposals, contracts, and event orders.

Conduct site recces and attend sales meetings with potential clients to showcase the venue s offerings.

Provide on-site support and supervision during events, ensuring seamless execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of event operations, including logistical setup, food and beverage packages, and menu planning.

Oversee service standards, liaising with the kitchen and beverage teams to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Maintain client engagement before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Actively engage in outreach efforts to attract new clients and expand C LA VI Dubai s network within the luxury hospitality sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in proactive sales, lead generation, and closing deals in a hospitality environment.

Strong background in luxury hospitality, with an understanding of restaurant, bar, and club operations.

Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Ability to manage multiple events and client requests with attention to detail and efficiency.

Experience in preparing proposals, contracts, and event orders.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across departments.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
