Job Description
- You will be joining a 5-year-old cold chain logistics startup with its headquarters in Mumbai - Vashi and branch offices in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Delhi. Field offices are also located in Hyderabad, Kochin, Jaipur, and Thane. As a 3PL company, our operations require seamless coordination among sales, transportation, and warehouse teams.
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Delhi
As a Sales Manager in our Hyperlocal Logistics team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and boosting revenue growth within the hyperlocal delivery segment encompassing food, grocery, pharmacy, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new business clients in diverse hyperlocal categories
- Present logistics solutions to local retailers, restaurants, pharmacies, and other SMBs
- Cultivate robust client connections to enhance retention and promote additional services
- Attain monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and service provision
- Gather market insights and competitor analysis
- Maintain precise sales reports and updates in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or delivery services
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Profound knowledge of the local market and a strong customer network
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player
- Fluency in local language(s) would be advantageous
