Job Title: Technical IT Recruiter

Location - Noida - Onsite

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment and a strong understanding of various IT technologies and roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand technical job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR interviews
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth offer rollout & joining process
• Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.)
• Expertise in Boolean search and sourcing techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience working with US/India staffing or implementation partners
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models (for US staffing roles)
