Job Description


Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, builders, and other key influencers in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities in line with company guidelines to drive tertiary sales.
  • Expand and strengthen the influencer network to enhance brand visibility and product Preference.
  • Retailer, Dealer & Distributor Management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Ensure product availability, efficient service levels, and sales growth across the territory.
  • Monitor order placements, stock levels, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Primary & Secondary Sales Management
  • Achieve primary sales targets by driving orders from dealers and distributors.
  • Ensure strong secondary sales by enabling product movement at the retail level.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends in the territory.
  • Site Visits & Lead Conversion
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and after-sales service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market & Customer Engagement
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support strategic planning with on-ground market insights.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management
  • Effectively negotiate and close sales to meet volume and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure consistent territory productivity and performance.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Experience working with architects, contractors, builders, and dealer/distributor networks.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach.
