Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and build trust with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), UHNI clients, and global investors.
- Drive sales of premium residences by presenting lifestyle value and creating differentiated client experiences.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations with impeccable communication and grooming standards.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead follow-ups, negotiations, documentation, and closures.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to align on campaigns and client engagement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For:
- 4-10 years of experience in luxury sales, real estate, or allied industries (luxury cars, premium hotels, wealth management, private banking, luxury retail, etc.).
- Exceptional presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-centric approach with ability to engage with senior decision-makers and HNIs.
- Impeccable grooming, polished communication (English fluency a must), and professional presence.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a competitive sales environment.
