Job Description
- You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Experience in preparing Feasibility proposals and Master plans for large scale land parcels intended for development.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop project briefs that meet market requirements and address overall development objectives.
- Work closely with the legal and liaison team to handle legal documentation related to the land parcel.
- Conduct initial appraisal activities, such as area study options and assessment of implied costs and development strategies.
- Support in providing relevant information for the preparation of business plans for the land being developed.
- Create development plans and other sanction drawings for submission to authorities.
- Demonstrate design coordination skills and technical knowledge of construction detailing to oversee projects from concept design to completion.

- Communicate effectively with consultants to facilitate the closure of design milestones.
- Independently manage projects and ensure their successful completion.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, presentation software, etc.
- Ability to anticipate and adapt to the changing needs of the business to remain relevant in a dynamic environment.,
