Job Title: SEO/PPC Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile SEO/PPC Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing strategies to new heights. This role combines expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, ensuring our online presence not only grows but thrives. As an SEO/PPC Manager, you will develop and manage strategies for both organic and paid campaigns, playing a pivotal role in enhancing visibility, traffic, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Management:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and optimization.
- Review and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for SEO purposes.
- Oversee off-page optimization projects such as link building.
- Monitor and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics.
- PPC Management:
- Plan, create, and execute paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Facebook, Bing).
- Conduct audience and keyword research to optimize targeting and ROAS.
- Manage PPC budgets and adjust bids to maximize campaign performance.
- Track and report on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Write engaging and concise ad copy aligned with marketing goals.
- Monitor and mitigate risks such as click fraud and irrelevant spend.
- Collaboration and Integration:
- Work closely with the content, social media, web development, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned across channels.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to visualize and report campaign performance.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends and best practices, applying insights to improve campaigns.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in both SEO and PPC management.
- Proven success in managing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and various SEO platforms.
- Knowledge of standard SEO practices, paid search dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- AdWords or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with numerical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
