Job Description

Job Title: SEO/PPC Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile SEO/PPC Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing strategies to new heights. This role combines expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, ensuring our online presence not only grows but thrives. As an SEO/PPC Manager, you will develop and manage strategies for both organic and paid campaigns, playing a pivotal role in enhancing visibility, traffic, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Management:
  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and optimization.
  • Review and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for SEO purposes.
  • Oversee off-page optimization projects such as link building.
  • Monitor and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics.
  • PPC Management:
  • Plan, create, and execute paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Facebook, Bing).
  • Conduct audience and keyword research to optimize targeting and ROAS.
  • Manage PPC budgets and adjust bids to maximize campaign performance.
  • Track and report on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Write engaging and concise ad copy aligned with marketing goals.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks such as click fraud and irrelevant spend.
  • Collaboration and Integration:
  • Work closely with the content, social media, web development, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned across channels.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to visualize and report campaign performance.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends and best practices, applying insights to improve campaigns.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in both SEO and PPC management.
  • Proven success in managing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and various SEO platforms.
  • Knowledge of standard SEO practices, paid search dashboards, and data visualization tools.
  • AdWords or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
