Business Analyst

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for driving and executing on the vision of growing the Pegasus / Cendyn booking engines into industry-leading e-commerce product lines, translating the strategic roadmap into tactical activities, and tracking overall market and competitive dynamics.

Success will be measured through increased conversions producing increased revenues, speed-to-market, and stakeholder adoption and happiness.

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager experience with a hospitality e-commerce focus in a product development environment OR 4+ years problem-solving experience in e-commerce / online shopping

• 
  Knowledge and experience in the travel/hospitality technology domain; demonstrable experience growing conversion on a web-booking tool is especially desirable

• 
  Excellent organizational, analytical, time management and prioritization skills.

Work Environment:

This job is remote. Applicant should have a clearly defined workspace with good access to electricity and internet, and the self-discipline to work without the structure provided by a corporate office.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m ET. Work schedule may vary occasionally or overall by agreement with reporting manager.

Travel:

This position does not require travel. Travel still may be expected under special circumstances instructed by manager.
