HR Operations Partner

• Filing and maintaining documentation relating to HR procedures, personnel file information, vendor contracts, employment agreements / NCAs, internal & external audit support, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, Workday transactions, own and manage HR ticketing system
• End to end payroll management: maintaining payroll filing system – TMF for India

• Supporting in workforce mobility – Immigration, employment pass, international travel, OpCo Hosting
• Coordinate the processing of all Provident Fund applications including new applications and withdrawals/transfers
