Company Description

Ceracan is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty and skincare brand based in India, founded in 2024.The company focuses on formulation of ceramide-based, science-backed skincare products designed to repair, hydrate, and protect the skin barrier.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder at Ceracan Consumers Pvt. Ltd. located in GURUGRAM. The Co-founder will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, promoting vision and goals, and driving the growth of the brand in the D2C beauty sector. Additional tasks include managing sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, analyzing business performance, and maintaining effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to conduct market and business performance analysis
• Strong Communication skills for effective internal and external interactions
• Experience in Sales and driving revenue growth
• Proficiency in Marketing strategies and implementation
• Ability to perform and utilize Research to enhance business operations
