Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading the development of Ceragon's innovative Network Digital Twin solution, focusing on recommendations/alerting, AI, and Analytics. As a Software Technical Team Lead, you will oversee a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within Ceragon's Growth Engines Managed Services Group. The Network Digital Twin is a crucial component dedicated to creating new business opportunities and driving growth, with a mission to digitize the world and empower customers to optimize network performance through data-driven decisions.
Your role will involve leading, recruiting, and mentoring the development team to ensure high quality, timely delivery, and engineering excellence. You will manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from design to production and maintenance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch. Effective communication of development plans, progress, and challenges to management and stakeholders will be essential in this role.
To be successful in this position, you should possess a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Networking Engineering (M.Sc. is advantageous) and have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in building software engineering solutions in a telecommunications environment. Strong software development skills in Linux and Windows environments, as well as experience in fiber, optics, and wireless solutions within the telecommunications ecosystem, are required. Proficiency in Python programming, SQL/No-SQL Databases, and APIs development/integration, along with experience with analytics platforms and public cloud providers, will be beneficial.

Your broad vision as a Technical Lead, combined with excellent design and problem-solving skills, will be essential in guiding the team through complex situations and proposing innovative solutions. A proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a passion for mentoring team members are key attributes for this role.
