Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Property Accountant

We have an immediate job opportunity for you as an AM//Manager//Senior Manager - Property Accountant.
Location : Hyderabad/Remote (Hybrid Model)
Shift Timings : 3:00 PM IST to 12 AM IST
- A property accountant manages the financial records, transactions, and reporting for real estate properties owned, managed, or leased by a company or individual.

- Their primary goal is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information related to property operations, which helps in managing property profitability, compliance, and investment insights. Here's a detailed look at their responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements specific to each property, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Create and analyze variance reports, actual financial performance against budgets.
- Process/ensure payment of invoices related to property expenses.
- Tenant billing, ensuring that rent and other charges are invoiced accurately and timely.
- Track accounts receivable, manage collections when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements, tenant deposits, and other financial records related to property accounts.
- Ensure tenant data and lease terms are up-to-date in the accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and any applicable real estate industry regulations.
