Job Description
Required to join an expanding Pest Control & Facilities Management Company in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will lead the sales strategy to drive revenue growth in pest control and facility management services across the country.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage and mentor the regional sales team.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing to create campaigns and client retention plans.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 810 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in facility management services.
- Strong negotiation, CRM, and analytical skills.
- Proven success in B2B/B2G sales.
