Position Description: We are looking for an experienced AI Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities

• Implement the AI need for the squad/product
• Delivery of AI solutions to a high standard in line with requirements
• Develop with prompt patterns, code with AI, AI augmented testing, and review practices
• Design and implement autonomous AI Agents
• Build agents capable of parsing, analyzing, and reasoning over large codebases
• Implement agent workflows (planning, execution, validation, feedback)
  

Contributing Responsibilities

• Contribute to Arval IT Develop
  

Business and/or technical skills:

• Broad technical knowledge and experience across applications, development frameworks and technologies
  
• Experience with AI in SDLC: code assistants, test generation, code review augmentation, and LLM integration patterns; understanding of cost/latency/quality trade offs and evaluation.
• AI & Agent Systems: Experience building LLM-powered agents / Prompt Engineering and structured output generation
• Code analysis & Testing: Static and dynamic code analysis / Automated test generation /Unit, integration and end-to-end testing strategy / Test coverage tools (SonarQube, JaCoCo,...)
  

Tasks:

• Develop AI use cases that meet development and security standards, while incorporating data and security objectives
• Use approved tools (e.g., code assistants, test generators, release orchestration) aligned to the IT Standards catalog
• Stay updated on the latest technological and innovations and best practices in AI
• Upgrade and/or help to upgrade the documentation
  

Specific Qualifications:
Techical Tools /Skills

• Technologies related to AI
• Expert-Level Python
• Strong understanding Java/Spring Boot
• Solid knowledge of Angular (Typescript)
• Expertise with PL/SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc )
• Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab CI, Jenkins) / Containerization (Docker)
• Familiarity with Cloud environnement
