Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer at CGI, you will be responsible for designing and configuring ITSM, flows, scripting, and integration in ServiceNow. Your main focus will be on change management, incident management, problem management, service catalog, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Access Control List. Your role will require excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with experience in the financial sector, preferably the Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure ITSM, flows, scripting, and integration in ServiceNow
- Manage change management, incident management, problem management, and service catalog
- Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Access Control List
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Proficiency in ITIL, Service Now, SNOW development
