Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
Experience: 3-7 Years
Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts
Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Team Lead for an International Voice Process with strong team management and clienthandling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10-20 agents in an international voice process
- Drive KPIs: AHT, CSAT, Quality, Attendance
- Handle escalations and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with clients and share daily/weekly reports
- Coach, mentor and improve team performance
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience as Team Lead in International BPO

Education:
Any Graduate
