Job Opportunity: Tech Support Executive (Chat Process)

Job Summary:
CGS is hiring for the role of Tech Support Executive in our International Chat Process. This role involves providing technical support to international customers, assisting with hardware, software, and networking issues. Its a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to grow in a global support environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to international customers via Chat for issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Troubleshoot OS (Windows XP, 8, 10), network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP), VPNs, and other technical issues.
• Manage SLAs and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective and timely solutions.
• Log and track technical issues in the ticketing system.

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is a must).
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• 
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office, VPNs, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Immediate joiners only.
• No leaves allowed during training.
• Education: for freshers Any Degree, B.Tech. MBA.MCA
• Experience: undergraduate also eligible.
• Experience: Freshers to 4 years welcome.

Training and Work Schedule:

• Training Period: 1 month (Day Shift, candidates will need to arrange their own transport).
• Post-Training Schedule: 5 days a week (Rotational shifts/rotational weeks offs).
• Work Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (Work from Office).

Interview Process (4 Rounds):

1. Initial Screening
2. Manager Round
3. Final Round
4. Client Round

• Experienced: 20,000 - 23,000 per month (in-hand). Based on experiences and communications skills
• Additional Benefits: 60,000 per annum as variable pay.
• Shift: Rotational Shift (Cab facility provided from afternoon shift)

• The duration of the training for this batch.

4-5 weeks plus TQ of 4 weeks. Training and TQ purely day shift.
Once into production, it will be rotational shifts. Those on night shifts will get cab/cab allowances, but the majority population will be on the day shift and only some part in the night.
