Job Description
Senior Systems Analyst Finance (OneStream)
Location: Wayzata, MN - Full-time
Job Purpose
The Finance Senior Systems Analyst will manage and enhance the OneStream platform to align with enterprise architecture and finance processes. This role will collaborate across finance and technology teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient application performance while supporting financial consolidation and planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee OneStream technical management, including release planning, environment management, and change control.
- Lead strategy and technical planning of FP&A software applications in compliance with IT and finance standards.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders and system analysts to deliver solutions that support financial close, consolidation, and planning processes.
- Provide consultation, analysis, and solution direction for business and system challenges.
- Investigate and resolve complex application and process issues with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to the long-term strategy and technical roadmap for finance applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree.
- 4+ years of relevant IT or finance systems experience (typically 5+ years).

- Strong technical expertise in .Net / C# development.
- Experience with finance applications and willingness to build finance process knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar corporate consolidation & planning tools.
- Knowledge of financial close, consolidation, and FP&A processes.
- Experience in VB.Net and/or C# for business rules.
