Job Description
Role Overview
As Regional Manager – Channel Sales, you will play a critical role in expanding Chai Points B2B channel footprint. You will be responsible for onboarding, developing, and managing channel partners, distributors, and solution providers across relevant verticals (office supplies, managed print services, CCTV, cleaning equipment, etc.). This is a high-impact role for professionals with a hunter mindset, strategic approach, and strong execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel strategies to onboard and grow B2B partners for Chai Points vending and beverage solutions.
- Team Management.
- Identify, qualify, and recruit new distributors and service providers through structured outreach and value proposition pitching.
- Own and achieve revenue and partner acquisition targets across assigned geographies.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in channel organizations.
- Represent Chai Point at industry events, exhibitions, and regional partner meetings.
- Work closely with the internal Business Applications and Sales Ops teams to align on channel planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with alliance partners to drive integrated solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report funnel progress and partner performance metrics.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong partner relationship and account management skills.
- Competitive market awareness and solution-based selling approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel 20–30% as required.
