Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing sales team. This role involves lead generation, student outreach, on-ground sales, and promoting our academic offerings to parents, students, and institutions.

Work Schedule
  • Shift Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
  • Work Days: 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday are working)
  • Weekly Off: 1 weekday
  • Location Requirement: Candidates must be able to commute regularly to Bavdhan branch and be available for local field visits as required.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Outreach

  • Make a minimum of 100 connected calls/day to generate leads.
  • Achieve a daily target of 3 qualified leads interested in Science stream programs.
  • Connect with potential clients to explain program benefits.

Sales & Counselling

  • Conduct product presentations and one-on-one counselling sessions.
  • Drive admissions through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

On-Ground Sales & Promotions

  • Visit schools, tuition centres, and educational hubs to promote courses.
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and outreach events.
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings.

Collaboration & Performance Tracking

  • Work closely with marketing, academic, and counselling teams.
  • Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Share insights on market trends and competitor offerings.
Skills & Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, adaptable to dynamic work environments.

  • Comfortable managing both B2B and B2C operations.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates in EdTech (JEE, NEET, MHTCET, sales roles) are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits

Stipend: ?12,000 ?18,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses (discussed in monthly sales meetings).

Allowances: Travel allowance at ?5 per km.

Perks: Product training, growth opportunities, potential conversion to full-time BDA.
