Job Description
- As a Senior Site Supervisor/Contractor (Civil) at our company in Zirakpur, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination of civil and finishing works on-site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact on-site for coordinating civil and finishing works.
- Interpreting and accurately implementing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Collaborating with the design team to suggest and implement modifications, including updating AutoCAD drawings.
- Supervising subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Ensuring quality control, proper material usage, and adherence to structural and material specifications.
- Monitoring construction ratios, curing schedules, and structural safety practices.
- Providing timely feedback, photos, and progress updates to support architects and designers.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in site supervision and executing civil construction projects.
- A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.

- Hands-on experience with construction materials, concrete mix ratios, and site-level decision-making.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Prior experience in managing both structure and finishing works would be advantageous.
The preferred candidate for this position is a proactive individual with a strong technical understanding, capable of managing teams, vendors, and effectively communicating with clients and design teams. You should be dependable, solution-oriented, and able to independently handle site execution while aligning with the architectural intent.
This is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 36 months. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability or weekends only. Additionally, there is a performance bonus offered. The work location is in person.
