Job Description

Position: Product Brand Manager

Department: Branding

Organization: Chandigarh University

Location: Mohali

Job Summary The Product Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the branding and marketing strategy for academic programs and key initiatives at Chandigarh University. The role focuses on strengthening program visibility, supporting student acquisition, and ensuring consistent brand communication across digital and offline platforms.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Program Branding & Positioning Develop and implement branding strategies for various academic programs to enhance their market visibility and differentiation. Work closely with internal teams to position programs effectively in the education market.

2. Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute marketing campaigns for program promotions across digital platforms, social media, and other marketing channels to support admissions and brand awareness.

3. Digital Marketing Support Coordinate with the digital marketing team to drive campaigns related to performance marketing, website promotions, and lead generation for specific programs.

4. Content & Creative Coordination Work with content, design, and media teams to develop promotional materials including brochures, social media creatives, videos, and website content.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to strengthen program positioning.

6. Website & Digital Presence Ensure that program-related information on the university website and digital platforms is updated, relevant, and aligned with branding guidelines.

7. Collaboration with Internal Teams Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and academic departments to align branding strategies with institutional objectives and student recruitment goals.

8. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting Track campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and share insights to improve future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

MBA in Marketing or Branding will be preferred.

Experience : 36 years of experience in branding, product marketing, or digital marketing. Experience in education or edtech industry will be an added advantage.
