Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to lead key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy formulation, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will bring strategic foresight, a collaborative spirit, and a strong grasp of HR best practices, while being a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with specific expertise in hiring Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Account Managers (Client Servicing), and other creative and managerial roles.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from Directors and Managers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Design and implement onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new employees.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring regular activities that promote team cohesion and a positive work culture.
Manage payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality.Provide IT and operational support, including assigning laptops, managing biometric attendance systems, and coordinating with relevant departments.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Oversee leave and attendance management across the organization.
Deliver comprehensive HR support services, including dispute mediation, disciplinary procedures, and managing employee relations.
Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning and development initiatives.
Promote a culture of recognition through employee appreciation programs and structured feedback systems.
Assist employees in opening salary accounts and managing related documentation.
Participate in and support the process of exit interviews, ensuring valuable insights are captured for continuous improvement.
