Account & Back Office Executive

We are looking for a motivated Account & Back Office Executive to support daily office and accounting operations. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing basic accounts of the company
• Preparing quotations, bills, and other office documents
• Making presentations and maintaining records
• Searching and tracking GEM (Government e-Marketplace) bids
• Managing documentation and processes related to GEM bids
• Handling general back office and administrative work
  

Educational Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in any field
• Freshers preferred

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability
