Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and resolving their inquiries related to banking products and services.

What you will do: You'll handle incoming calls and emails, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Your positive attitude and customer-centric approach are key to success.

Key responsibility:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email regarding banking products and services.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving problems effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services (preferred).
