Job Description

Shape the future of intraday liquidity by helping deliver products that improve client experience and reduce operational friction. Bring your product skills to turn user research and metrics into clear requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Join a global team where you can grow your career while building capabilities used across markets and time zones.

As a Senior Product Associate at JPMorgan Chase as part of the Commercial & Investment Banks Liquidity & Account Solutions Productunit, you contribute to product discovery, delivery, and optimization for intraday liquidity and account solutions. You use user research, customer feedback, and product metrics to inform the roadmap and improve existing offerings. You partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features that improve usability, transparency, and control readiness. You assess upstream and downstream impacts of new capabilities to protect end-to-end client and operational outcomes in a global, continuous-operating environment.

This role supports a transformation of how intraday liquidity is defined, measured, and made available across regions. You help identify high-value opportunities through journey mapping, stakeholder input, and market analysis. You translate complex business and technical concepts into clear documentation that enables delivery teams to execute efficiently. You contribute to disciplined measurement of outcomes to guide iteration and continuous improvement.

  • Support journey mapping and workflow analysis to identify friction points and quantify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment on scope, dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
  • Communicate decisions, progress, and trade-offs through concise documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • Contribute to post-release reviews by capturing learnings and recommending improvements based on measured results.
