JPMorgan Chase is looking for suppliers who can offer competitive pricing, top-notch quality, and the necessary capabilities to address our business requirements effectively. The Global Supplier Services (GSS) team, consisting of over 600 members across 11 countries, collaborates closely with various business units to identify suitable suppliers, drive the competitive sourcing process, and negotiate contracts with selected vendors. The primary objectives include leveraging the firm's purchasing power and mitigating risks. GSS also ensures that the goods and services obtained from contracted suppliers are accessible to our employees worldwide in a cost-efficient manner.
The role involves managing SAP and OFAC reviews, generating requisitions in Ariba based on intake forms, providing exceptional service to customers to enhance their experience, adhering to a 24-48 SLA timeline for processing requests, and maintaining the accuracy and quality of work to pass monthly internal audit assessments.
Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, and web-based systems on personal computers.
- Familiarity with SAP and Oracle supplier information.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
