Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Executive at Beginner level to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, be comfortable designing using Canva, possess basic video editing skills, and have a flair for content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
• Design visually engaging graphics, stories, and reels using Canva or other design tools.
• Create short-form video content and perform basic editing using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content that align with our brand voice
• Suggest and implement new ideas to boost engagement and follower growth
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize performance
• Engage with our community by responding to DMs, comments, and mentions

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva and video editing tools
• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks
• Understanding of Instagram reels, stories, and content trends
• (Bonus) Prior experience managing brand pages or personal content pages
