Role Description

This is not just managing inbound enterprise accounts.

This role is responsible for:

  • Finding high-value accounts
  • Closing initial deals
  • Growing them over time

What youll Do:

1)Source Enterprise Opportunities:

Identify:

  • Agencies managing $500K+/month ad spend
  • DTC brands scaling aggressively
  • Outbound via: LinkedIn, Warm intros,Existing network
  • Start conversations (no SDR dependency mindset)

2) Close Deals:

  • Run discovery (pain ? gap ? impact)
  • Position CWA as AI layer on top of your ad operations
  • Handle objections
  • Close initial contracts ($3K$15K+ MRR potential)

3) Own & Grow Accounts:

  • Drive adoption (no shelfware)
  • Push usage across teams
  • Turn insights ? decisions ? outcomes

4) Expand Revenue

  • Upsell: More seats,More use cases,Deeper integrations
  • Goal: 25x account growth over time

Experience:

  • 35 years experience
  • Has done at least one of these:Closed deals (not just supported sales) &Managed enterprise clients
  • Agency background
  • Paid media understanding
Non Negotiables
  • Can hunt without excuses - No waiting for leads
  • Commercial sharpness - Knows how to move a deal forward
  • Exec presence - Can talk to founders / CMOs confidently
  • Ownership - From first message ? renewal ? expansion

KPIs

Monthly:

  • 2040 qualified outbound conversations started
  • 510 serious opportunities created

Quarterly:

  • 25 deals closed
  • 3050% accounts expanded

Ongoing:

  • Retention > 90%
  • Active usage across accounts
