We're Hiring: Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive (Hybrid Dubai)**

**Client:** Prestigious London medical & wellness clinic based in Chelsea

**About the Role**

Kerban Projects is looking for a talented **Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive** to join our Dubai team, working closely with our client a leading doctor-led medical and wellness clinic in the heart of Chelsea, London.

We want someone who *creates with intent* not someone who copies or relies on AI. You must be able to write, think, and design independently. Originality and language skills will be tested during the interview.

**What You'll Do**

Develop creative, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Meta Business Suite

Write clear, engaging, and fluent English captions, posts & newsletters

Design visually appealing graphics using Canva / Adobe / CapCut

Plan monthly content calendars & social campaigns

Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Track engagement, analyse data & drive measurable growth and sales

Collaborate with our digital team to create fresh campaign ideas & short-form video concepts

**You'll Need**

*Excellent English* written & spoken (fluency will be tested)

Proven social media and content creation experience for premium or lifestyle brands

Solid understanding of brand tone, audience engagement & storytelling

Knowledge of email marketing and content analytics

A proactive, independent, and commercial mindset

Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work with minimal supervision

**Bonus Points For**

Short-form video editing (Reels / TikTok)

Basic SEO or ad campaign experience (Meta / Google Ads)

Eye for photography and aesthetics
