Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Gramik is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the organization, providing strategic financial leadership to support the companys growth and success. As a startup CFO, you will work closely with other members of the senior management team to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the companys growth and success
• Manage the companys financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  
• Oversee the companys accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Monitor the companys cash flow, working capital, and financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and profitability
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders
• Provide strategic guidance to the companys fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing
• Manage the companys risk management strategies, including insurance and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements
• Experience managing fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing finance team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with changing priorities and requirements.
