About This Role
The Coordinator, Human Resources will be a key member of the HR team in India and provide support in overall HR operations.
Required Experience And Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/ Management/ Human Resource Management with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources operations. Post-graduate degree or certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including orientation and induction.
  • Ensure maintenance and update of personnel files /records regularly including all onboarding and offboarding relevant documents.
  • Ensure and support in data management (HRIS) of staff/ non-staff category.
  • Support in HR operations.
  • Ensure all employees are oriented to HR policies and procedures on a regular basis and internal /external compliances are completed, including the signing of key policies by all employees
  • Provide support in staff performance management.
  • Follow up and ensure quarterly reviews/check-ins are received on time.
  • Follow up with staff for timely completion of Goal/ KRA setting.
  • Support employee learning and development activities:
  • Support in identifying Capacity Development areas of the employees.
  • Support in implementing the training plan and arranging logistics.
  • Initiate and coordinate employee engagements.

  • Any other role and responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
