Operations Analysis Executive

Position Overview:

Responsible for business analysis, KPI monitoring, macroeconomic research, opportunity identification, and strategy development for the company. By leveraging deep data insights and market analysis, this role supports business growth and ensures the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyse various business data to uncover underlying trends and provide decision-making support for the company.
2. KPI Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of key business indicators, assess trends, and identify any abnormalities.
3. Macroeconomic Research: Conduct research on industry trends and the macroeconomic environment, analysing their potential impact on the company’s business.
4. Opportunity Identification: Gather and analyse market and competitor information to identify potential business opportunities.
5. 
   Strategy Development: Propose feasible business strategies based on data analysis and market insights.
6. Report Writing: Draft reports or presentation materials as needed for internal or external communication.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Working Experience

3-5 years or above working experience in relevant role, preferably in the telecommunication / IT / digital technology industry.

Skills & Personal Attributes

• Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking, proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
• Good market research and business insight capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to provide effective business recommendations based on analysis.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and as an excellent team player.
• Language Ability: Excellent written and spoken English. Mandain proficiency is added advantage.
