Senior Civil Project Manager – pushpin Role OverviewA Senior Civil Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. • Plan project scope, timelines, and resources
• Develop project schedules and work programs
• Ensure timely completion of all construction phases

2. Team Leadership

• Manage engineers, supervisors, and site staff
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance
• Provide technical guidance and leadership

3. Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Monitor expenses and control costs
• Approve procurement and subcontractor payments

4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
• Conduct meetings and provide progress updates
• Ensure client requirements are met

5. Quality Management

• Ensure construction meets design specifications and standards
• Implement quality control procedures
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues

6. Risk & Safety Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Promote a safe working environment

7. Contracts & Documentation

• Review contracts, drawings, and technical documents
• Manage variations, claims, and project changes
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
