Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team, monitoring workflow, maintaining productivity standards. This role acts as a bridge between management and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members
  
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time
  
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback
  
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Maintain records, prepare reports, and update management on team performance
  
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain a positive work environment
  
• Manage schedules, attendance, and shift coverage
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in Arts, Commerce, Computer Applications
  
• Proven experience in a supervisor
