Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a part of our team at Choice Equity Broking Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the positions of Relationship Manager cum Dealer for Share broking company and Sales Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to grow our client base, executing trades on behalf of clients, monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading, training, and motivating the sales team, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to grow the client base
- Execute trades on behalf of clients
- Monitor market trends and provide insights
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve sales targets and expand market reach
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in the finance/broking industry and stock market dealing
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
- Certification: NISM VIII Certification is mandatory
- Must have working experience in a share market
- Proven track record in sales management
