Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain HR records and support document preparation.
- Contribute to training programs and process improvements.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
