Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via email to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customers' concerns and needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for case resolutions.
  • Follow up on all cases to ensure complaint resolution is advancing in a timely manner and using a fair process.

Requirements:

    Any UG Graduate with 2- 6 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Candidate should have fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Exposure to the Insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with email etiquettes.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office.
