Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customers' concerns and needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for case resolutions.
- Follow up on all cases to ensure complaint resolution is advancing in a timely manner and using a fair process.
Requirements:
- Any UG Graduate with 2- 6 years of experience in Customer Service.
