Job Description
- You will play a crucial role in leading and executing comprehensive testing strategies for complex web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include architecting and implementing advanced automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Testim. You will drive Shift-Left testing practices, ensuring QA integration early in the development lifecycle, and mentor team members in this regard.
Additionally, you will conduct thorough performance, scalability, and security testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and similar software. Monitoring and maintaining quality metrics to ensure all deliverables meet established standards will also be a part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, will be essential to ensure seamless integration and deployment of testing processes.
Identifying and mitigating risks related to software quality, recommending process improvements, and providing technical leadership and training to junior and mid-level QA engineers will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance QA processes continually is also crucial.

The ideal candidate for this role should have proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and Testim. Expertise in Shift-Left testing, CI/CD integration within Agile and DevOps environments, and advanced knowledge of API testing tools like Postman and Swagger are highly desired. Strong skills in performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner, proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Java for automation, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience in leading QA initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations are also preferred. Additionally, familiarity with database testing and SQL queries would be advantageous.,
