Role Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for PMT (Product Management Team) and Business Development professionals in the veterinary healthcare segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing veterinary product portfolios, analyzing market trends, strategizing product positioning, and supporting field teams with scientific and marketing inputs. Additionally, they will work on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with veterinary professionals, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product lifecycle strategies for veterinary healthcare products
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product strategy
• 
  Collaborate with R&D, production, and sales teams to align product planning and execution
• Create marketing and training materials for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the veterinary segment
• Conduct product presentations, scientific seminars, and client meetings as required
• Monitor and drive product performance and ensure timely support to field force

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Veterinary Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields
• 13 years of experience in PMT, product management, or business development in animal healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Strong understanding of veterinary products and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analytics
